On Saturday November 2nd Our Lady of the Pillar Catholic School held it’s 2019 Live Auction fund raiser at the Frontinac Hilton Hotel in west county. Guests were treated to drinks, hors’ deorvers, and a sumpuous dinner. Silent auction item tables were filled with high value items and the live auction was over-the-top with premium packages sure to please all. The celebrity Emcee for the event was Y98’s own Courtney Landrum.
The event raises money to support the family-friendly parish activities as well as to provide support to their teachers, PreK – 8th grade students, and classrooms in which they spend their learning time. Our Lady of the Pillar School offers a strong academic program that includes STEM, RObotics, Art and Music in addition to the core curricula.
Support for the auction allows us to continue to focus on developing knowledge and skills in core academic and enrichment subjects, as well as provide engaging opportunities for creativity, independence and responsibility.
