Wolves & Wine Auction Benefiting Endangered Wolf Center in Saint Louis
Saturday June 11th the Wolves were howling for a celebration of Wolves & Wine at Selkerk’s Auction House in St. Louis’ beautiful Central West End neighborhood. The Endangered Wolf Center hosted a sampling of wines at several art galleries and conducted an auction of fine, collectible wines and other items at Selkirk Auctioneers and Appraisers at 4739 McPherson Avenue, 63108. Guests were greeted by co-hosts Janet and Larry Conners, enjoyed wine tasting and hors d’oeuvres, previewed the auction items, met Daisy the fennec fox and participated in a live auction.
The Endangered Wolf Center’s mission is to preserve and protect Mexican wolves, red wolves and other wild canid species with purpose and passion, through carefully managed breeding, reintroduction and inspiring education programs.
