Vangaurd Crossing Apartments’ Grand Opening

Vanguard Crossing Apartments hosted a Grand Opening to showcase its luxury brand of apartment living, Thursday, November 21, 2013. The upscale apartment homes, ideal for relocated executives, families downsizing but uncertain about their next move, and the upwardly mobile set, feature one and two-bedroom floorplans that elevate one’s perception of opulence.

Invited guests discovered surprises and treats along the way. After a photo opportunity, courtesy of Sophisticated Living, and a Purus Vodka martini stop, they began a scavenger hunt where they could view a unit’s layout or one of the common area amenities. They also could stroll through the grand clubhouse and visit the resident wine cellar for a tasting provided by Chandler Hill Vineyards. Or, envision the entertainment possibilities with the clubhouse kitchen, a perfect entertaining option that Butler’s Pantry presented so well.

The stunning courtyards spotlight a sparkling salt water swimming pool, cabanas, and an outdoor entertainment bar. On this night, however, guests preferred to warm up with a cup of spiced cider around the fireside lounge.

At the top of the grand staircase, a Beer and Burger Bar enticed many to check out the game room. Across the hall, sweets abounded in the exclusive “Fitness on Demand Studio”. Reminds me of a John Belushi SNL commercial!

The guests assembled in the great room to submit their entries for fantastic door prizes. If those announcements did not produce enough cheers, the Blues shoot-out win over the Boston Bruins did.
