Animal and art lovers came out Friday, July 10, 2015 to the Urban Wanderers Art Exhibition, “Faces of Survival”, at the Gallery 400 Event Space. As one of Stray Rescue’s most creative, unique and exciting fundraisers, it always attracts a strong crowd.

The over 60 area artists featured selected a Stray Rescue dog or cat for their artwork, inspired by the hopeful recovery stories of Stray Rescue’s abandoned and abused companion animals. Shelter animals even created their own artwork with their noses, tails and paws.

All proceeds for this heartwarming and eye-opening exhibition will have a direct impact on healing shelter dogs and cats, helping them to find their forever homes while highlighting key issues that will lead to a more compassionate city, region and nation. On-line bidding opened on Blacktie-Missouri this evening and will close at midnight, Sunday, August 2nd, 2015. Happy bidding, good luck and thank you for supporting Stray Rescue!
