St Louis Zoo’s Zootini, The Pub Crawl
On the afternoon of Saturday, November 23, 2013, the Young Zoo Friends held a different kind of Zootini, The Pub Crawl in the Dogtown area. Neighborhood establishments Felix’s Pizza Pub, Heavy Riff Brewing Company, Pat’s Bar and Grill, and Tamm Avenue Grill played host to a sold-out crowd of multi-colored, shirted supporters. Teams of ten changed locale’s every hour to be greeted with games and fun at each bar. The crawl ended with an after party at Seamus McDaniel’s.
Proceeds from Zootini, The Pub Crawl benefit the world-class Saint Louis Zoo and its conservation efforts both at the zoo and around the world. Sponsors for this year’s event included Macy’s, Riverfront Times, Wild 104.9!, and Lipic Engagement.
