St. Andrew’s hosted its Loving Hope Golf Outing  at the Four Seasons Country Club, Chesterfield, Missouri, Monday, August 3, 2015. For the second consecutive year, the weather cooperated with moderate morning and afternoon temperatures to produce a pleasant day of golf. A delicious lunch, silent auction, and  raffle supplemented the tournament.

The golf outing, silent auction, BBQ luncheon and reception raised funds for the Brooking Park Charitable Care, which provides charitable care to residents of the community who have outlived their resources. Golfers either could play at 9:00 AM or 1:15 PM with the BBQ lunch/silent auction as the bridge.

Each scramble awarded prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. All guests, including non-golfers, could participate in raffles or an auction for a golfing trip at the Lake of the Ozarks, Cardinals tickets, golf outings, dining packages, and other surprises. Mary Alice Ryan, St. Andrews Resources for Seniors President and CEO, won the 50/50 raffle but graciously returned the winnings to St. Andrews.

St. Andrew’s assists those, who through no fault of their own, no longer can afford to live in the place they call home. It is committed to continue caring for the family regardless of their ability to pay. The benevolence is appreciated so much by the residents, families, and staff of Brookings Park.
