SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Foundation Glennon Gallop
The SSM Cardinal Glennon Children’s Foundation Glennon Gallop, the much talked about Wine, Dine and Divots White Hot Affair and Benefit Polo Match, took place on a perfectly glorious Saturday afternoon, September 12, 2015. White puffy clouds lined the horizon, and white sun dresses, hats and shirts generally became the rule of the day.
Guests watched a very closely played polo match, bid on silent auction items, tasted the appetizing buffet dinner and dessert items and later participated in a live auction and dancing. Proceeds from the match benefit the Danis Pediatric Center at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital whose mission states: Through our exceptional health care services, we reveal the healing presence of God.
Cardinal Glennon Children’s Foundation is committed to becoming a national leader in health care philanthropy. It is constantly striving to increase its support for faith-based, medical treatment and research. The Foundation also is dedicated to driving and supporting Next-Practices in the areas of wellness, prevention and nutritional programs that promote comprehensive health for children and families.
