The 2016 artists were Aubrey Allicock, Jenni Bank, John Brancy, Andrew Haji, Cecilia Hall, Lauren Michelle, Marjorie Owens, So Young Park, Matthew Plenk, Roland Wood and Carol Wong. The concert was followed by a “Meet the Artists” Dessert and Wine Reception.
Sing for Siteman was launched in 2010 by a small group of St. Louisans to engaged young artists in the fight against cancer. The event was inspired by Carol Wong, an internationally renowned pianist, who lost her father to cancer. Sing for Siteman features Carol Wong accompanying outstanding artists from across North America, performing a wide range of musical selections to honor cancer patients and benefit research at the Siteman Cancer Center.
