John Burroughs School’s Class of 1965 hosted its 50th Reunion at Blueberry Hill’s Elvis Room, University City Loop, Friday, October 16, 2015. Alumni and their spouses, significant others, and friends had ample opportunities to relive old memories and reconnect with classmates.
Nostagia filled the air in this iconic room, dedicated to Elvis but also paying more than a passing reference to the Sixties. What an appropriate venue for reminiscences, deja vu, Yesterday, Pet Sounds or simply California Dreaming! Blueberry Hill served up standard pub grub that appealed to all tastes and reinforced the era.
