The Second Annual Triumph Gala was held on a beautiful St Louis evening at the Four Seasons St Louis Ballroom overlooking the Mississippi RIver. Guests were treated to a jazz music reception followed by a sumptuous dinner program including opening remarks by Deborah Stovall – FWCA Division Manager of Workforce Development WIOA, St Louis County Missouri Job Center and Jermal L. Seward II, Esquire, VP of Wells Fargo Advisors.  Musical selections were presented by Will Robinson and Anita Jackson.

This event attracted over 500 guests, representing Corporate, Business Sector, Workforce Entities, State/Local Government, Community- and Faith-Based organizations, and political leadership who share our mission of enhancing the lives of youth and adults, as we move toward family economic success in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area.

The mission of Family and Workforce Centers of America is to implement comprehensive programs that will stimulate and set youth and families on a pathway to economic self-sufficiency and success through accredited early childhood development, secondary education, employment/skill-specific training, financial education and asset development, and health and wellness programs.

These goals are accomplished by applying performance-based practices to successfully achieve program outcomes through a coordinated network of community partnerships and by delivering focused, comprehensive, and accessible job training, placement, assessment, career development services and transportation services.
