The Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County hosted its 32nd Annual Golf Tournament, “Play FORE! the Kids”, Monday, June 15, 2015, at Bogey Hills Country Club, St. Charles, Missouri. Registration opened at 11:00 AM, followed by lunch and a 12:30 PM shotgun start. Cocktails, reception, and awards conclueded a wet, humid day.
144 golfers strong braved the elements, which tested their resolve shortly after tee-off. The rain fortunately passed through the area, and the group managed to complete its round. Some of the tournament highlights included these winners:
- Closest to the Line (Men) – Kyle Hannegan
- Closest to the Line (Women) – Lori Hartman
- Putting Contest Winner – Bob Cissell
- Closest to the Pin Winners – Brandon Hays, John Campbell, Jack Tschannen, Mark Thorn, and Gregg Harris

- Flight C-1st Place Prairie Farms, 2nd Place Wiegmann & Associates
- Flight B – 1st Place Nike, IHM, Inc., 2nd Alan Walters Team
- Flight A – 1st Place Scott Hays Property and Development, 2nd Cissell Mueller Companies
While no one collected the $50,000 Shoot Out, a few came very close. The Skins winner ended up the Boys & Girls Club.
The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County is enabling all young people, especially those who need the most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. It has proven a challenging, yet positive, quest that is confronted directly with life-changing programs and a trained, dedicated staff.
