Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis’ All That Jazz

On Saturday, November 9, 2013, 6:00 PM at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch, Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis held its annual gala, All That Jazz. Walter and Sharon Lamkin and Ronald and Judi Wickline served as this year’s co-chairs.

All That Jazz represents Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis’ signature event and features a tremendous silent auction, cocktails, live auction, dinner and dancing. Proceeds from the event are designated to Educational and Cultural Programs at the Club to help kids receive homework assistance, tutoring and computer classes, learn how to paint, dance or even create their own opera!

The 2013 theme revolved around “Heroes!” with attendees dressed in anything from full on costumes to formal evening attire and everything in between.  The silent auction items available to be bid on during the cocktail hour included gift baskets, autographed items and local services. After dinner, the live auction began with vacations, autographed guitars, 5-course dinners and even a St. Louis Cardinals VIP experience

From the website: every day our staff embody heroes to the 3,400 members at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis-acting as mentors, role models, friend and family to youth. This year we are asking you to become a hero too because our supporters and donors make the work Boys & Girls Club of Greater St. Louis possible.
